NEW CONSTRUCTION
17 years inside national homebuilders have given Amy an uncommon familiarity with the builder side of the process, from how homes are presented to the details that demand a closer look.
MADE HOME IN OK
Amy made her own move to Oklahoma in 2019. That firsthand experience brings a deeper understanding to relocation: the distance, the uncertainty, and the stress of turning a house into a home.
ART OF SELLING
Selling well starts with how the home is positioned. Amy gives close thought to pricing, presentation, timing, and the story the property tells before it ever reaches the market.

Years of experience, felt in the details

There are details most buyers only learn to notice after they have been through the process once. Amy learned that from the other side of the table.

For 17 years, she worked inside national homebuilders across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. It gave her an understanding of how new homes are presented and sold, how the builder process unfolds, and which details deserve more attention than they first appear to.

Today, that perspective belongs to her clients.

Whether you are weighing new construction against resale, relocating to Oklahoma, or searching for the home that fits what comes next, Amy brings a more considered eye to the experience, looking beyond what is immediately visible and giving thoughtful attention to everything surrounding the purchase.

Her promise is never to persuade you into a home. Only to help you see it more clearly.

“We were moving to Oklahoma from out of state and had no real sense of which areas would suit us. Amy never rushed the process. She helped us understand the differences between neighborhoods, what to look for in each home, and what was worth asking about. By the time we bought, we felt like we knew exactly why we were choosing it.”

“Amy brought a level of experience to our new-construction purchase that made a real difference. She knew which questions to ask, where to look more closely, and how to explain things without making the process feel overwhelming. We felt well represented from the first showing through closing.”

A life in motion, values that stayed

Amy Wade’s path to real estate has been anything but conventional. She studied aviation at Embry-Riddle, taught others to fly, spent years in residential real estate and new construction, and later returned to the cockpit as a First Officer for American Airlines.

Real estate first entered her life in 2002. Over the years that followed, she worked across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, including 17 years inside national homebuilders. It was an education few agents ever receive – not only in homes, but in the people, expectations, and responsibilities that surround them.

Amy and her husband made Oklahoma home in 2019.

By then, she had already changed careers, crossed state lines, returned to an old calling, and started again more than once. What stayed with her was simpler: do the work well, be straight with people, and pay attention to their needs.
